Fastify – The Irony of "Fast"
So... I noticed I'm building a complex app. Funny, because this was supposed to be an MVP. You know — Minimum Viable Product. Instead, it’s turning into "Maximum Vexing Project." Fastify was supposed to help, but it's been more like a cryptic crossword puzzle in backend form.
Sure, I could keep wrestling with it and call it "learning," but let's be real — MVPs aren’t meant to be IQ tests. First, we simplify. Then, when it’s actually viable, we scale. Maybe.
Intelligence Debrief
- Development is drifting off-course like a GPS with trust issues
- MVP focus? Currently MIA
- Complexity showing up uninvited
- Too many features, too little chill
Fixes (a.k.a. sanity restoration steps):
- Fastify: benched until further notice
- Workspace YAML: lovingly hand-pruned
- Only enabling what I actually need (yes, revolutionary concept)
End of log. (Filed under: /dev-logs. Status: Relief achieved. Sanity mostly intact.)
